Terms

STUDENT ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

1. Term. This agreement runs for the program duration selected by the student. Credit packs do not auto-renew.

2. Class credits. Each scheduled class consumes one (1) credit upon attendance. Credits are non-refundable but may be transferred between programs at the studio's discretion.

3. Leave policy. Students may request leave from a scheduled class at least twelve (12) hours in advance via the student portal to preserve the credit. Late cancellations forfeit the credit.

4. Conduct. Students agree to abide by studio policies on attire, punctuality, mutual respect, and facility care.

5. Liability. Dance involves physical risk. By signing this agreement, the student affirms they are physically able to participate and assume responsibility for personal injury except in cases of demonstrated studio negligence.

6. Image release. Élan Stage may photograph or film classes and performances for promotional use unless the student opts out in writing.

7. Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement with seven (7) days written notice. Unused credits expire 90 days after termination.

By signing below, the student acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
